Description
The article describes the methodology and tool by which 11 pilot sites in 8 countries were economically
assessed. The large-scale project SMARTS PACES 'Saving Energy in Europe's Public Buildings Using ICT' was
nominated the leading project in the ICT-PSP funding program and was promoted by UN Global Pulse
Big Data Challenge.
